CHECK IN
a. All Campers must check in and register with the Campground Manager. Payment is due in full upon arrival. Office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 9:00am to 7pm on Friday and Saturday. Items such as ice, garbage sticker and pump outs are only available during normal office hours.
b. The maximum number of people allowed per overnight stay, per site, is six (6) campers. An additional site is required if more than six (6) people are staying overnight.
c. One (1) tent is allowed on a Seasonal Campers site, space permitting, for a fee of $15.00 per night for a maximum of two adults only. Tents with three (3) or more adults will be required to rent a tent site. The $15.00 fee is waived if the tent is used by the Camper’s immediate family, (the Camper’s children or grandchildren), under the age of 18.
d. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to camp on the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
e. At the time of registration, the Camper shall provide to the Town the name, home address and age of each person who will be staying at the registered site. For each child under the age of 18, the Camper will provide the name, address, and phone number of the legal guardian for that child, and the name, address, and phone number of the person on premises who is responsible for that child. This information shall be recorded on the Campers registration card.
f. Rates for storage of vehicles in overflow parking area is $5.00 per day, $20.00 per week or $80.00 per month.
g. Campsites may not be re-let, loaned, borrowed, or subleased to anyone other than the registered Camper(s).
h. No commercial enterprise will be permitted to operate from the campgrounds without express written permission from the Town. No work vehicles or commercial vehicles are allowed to be stored or parked on premises without written permission from the Town.
i. Any boat or Jet Ski brought into the park must be registered with the campground office and will be allowed to be kept “on site” if size permits. Parking of boats or jet skis may not infringe upon neighboring sites or the roadway.
j. Camper’s boats may be moored in the water along the lakefront where possible. Stakes driven into the shore and mooring lines running on shore are strictly prohibited due to safety concerns.
CHECK OUT & DEPARTURE
a. Prior to vacating the site, each Camper must make an appointment with the Campground Manager for an on-site inspection. The Manager will inspect the site before each camper leaves the premises and will determine at that time what amount of the security deposit, if any, shall be returned. Full discretion in determining damage to any site and return of security deposit lies solely with the Town. Both parties hereby agree no other lawful process is necessary to determine return of security deposit.
b. Check out time is 11 am on the day of departure.
The Camper agrees that any personal property left on premises after the c. c. Camper has vacated the premises in considered abandoned and hereby gives permission to the Town to dispose of any abandoned property in any way the Town shall see fit. The Town will not reimburse the Camper in any way for abandoned property that has been disposed of.
d. The Town assume no responsibility for personal property left anywhere on the premises, including but not limited to the campsites, beach, parking areas, pavilion, storage areas, bathrooms, beach house, docks, or boats.
